Made for indoor movie filming it is not a flash. Always on once the on-switch is flipped.

Bulbs not included. Has scratches, The handle is missing the screw that screws into the camera. The pistol grip is only on one side but I believe this is by design as I see no way it could be attached if it had one. See photos.
