I picked it up in Las Vegas. Has a spot for a name tag to pin on. I worked at the pool shop at the Luxor in the 90s and we wore similar shirts so I think it's from a casino.

CONDITION:
Has wear on the collar and edge of the buttons and the bottom. No other flaws noticed. See photos.
